Keith Dunn
Keith Dunn founded Sacramento-based Dunn Consulting in 2005 and has maintained a focused practice, which allows all of Dunn Consulting’s clients to work directly with him and receive best-in-class counsel and advocacy. Keith holds strong relationships with senior members of the Newsom Administration, Legislative leadership and key staff on both sides of the aisle, as well as with key leaders and staff at the California Energy Commission, Cal/EPA, the Resources Agency and many other regulatory bodies. Mr. Dunn has an extensive background on issues ranging from transportation project delivery, land use, design-build, and public-private partnerships.
In 2016 Mr. Dunn appeard in the official California voter guide as co-author of the rebuttal arguement to Proposition 53. He has worked to secure the passage of Proposition 35, Proposition 42, Propositions 1A-1E and the High Speed Rail Bond. He has also secured grant funding for water reclamation and deteriorating water mains and is currently a member of the Department Water Resources California Water Plan Update 2013 Public Advisory Committee as well as the San Francisco County Transportation Authority's Presidio Parkway Advisory Committee.
Mr. Dunn is a member of the Iron Workers Local Union 844 and graduated from UC Davis in 1993 with a degree in US History where he was captain of the UC Davis football team.
